People in the loop
The AI we build handles volume and leaves judgement calls with people. We work the same way: tools take the repetitive parts, and a person owns every decision that matters.
Measured, not guessed
Every system we ship comes with evaluations a client can read. We hold our own work to that bar: if we can't measure it, we don't claim it.
A small team
Few people and clear ownership, so the person who builds a system also sees how it performs in production.
Remote-friendly
We work mostly asynchronously, write things down, and value output over hours, with schedules that fit your life.

You would rather show an evaluation than an adjective.
You write clearly
Specs, notes and pull requests that someone else can pick up and run with.
You know where AI fails
You can say when not to use a model, and what a person should check.
You finish things
Prototypes are the easy part. You care about the version that runs in production.
